By the time you get to the interview stage two things are for sure:

1. They liked your CV/job application it was informative and presented well enough for them to invite you for an interview 
2. The organisation has enough information from your CV/ job application that they believe your skill set and experience could be relevant for the role you are applying for.

An interview allows you to bring your CV to life. But remember interviews are mutual and we discuss this further within the masterclass.

I receive job offers from at least 95% of roles I interview for this is because my technique works. This masterclass provides you with the understanding of how interviews work, and the questions to ask and encourages you to develop your own tools and skill sets in converting an interview into a job offer.

Everyone focuses on the actual interview but not the preparations that should take place beforehand including preparing for the new normal that is now virtual interviews.  In this masterclass, I will prepare you for your interview but you must meet me halfway and do the actual work. Interviews are an opportunity to conduct your initial due diligence, is the role you applied for the role they are offering? Is this organisation a good fit for you and your career?
